Following the expansion of COVID-19 telehealth arrangements this week, ADEA has produced Telehealth Guidelines to assist CDEs in implementing telehealth in their practice. The Guidelines include: professional indemnity, informed consent, privacy and confidentiality, software, and security and also include links to useful information. They are being issued as a draft, as ADEA are very interested in receiving your feedback and suggestions on them: please email admin@adea.com.au These Guidelines will be updated over the coming weeks as new information comes to hand, and as the Department of Health provides more advice regarding telehealth.
