Type 2 Diabetes in General Practice

This is a free online learning module for general practitioners and primary care clinicians involved in the management of type 2 diabetes in the community.

PURPOSE: 

  • To enhance primary healthcare professionals’ understanding of Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) technology and its application in managing type 2 diabetes.
  • To bridge knowledge gaps and promote the adoption of CGM in primary clinical practice for improved patient outcomes.
  • To provide practical skills in interpreting CGM data for informed decision-making in diabetes care.

GOAL: 

  • Equip primary healthcare professionals with comprehensive knowledge about CGM, enabling them to integrate it effectively into diabetes management plans.

OUTCOME: 

  • RACGP Points and/or CPD certificate
