Request for Feedback - Draft Diabetes State-wide Referral Criteria - NSW Public Specialist Outpatient Services (Phase 2a)
NSW Health invites National Association of Diabetes Centres members to review draft versions of the Adult Diabetes State-wide Referral Criteria (SRC) and Paediatric Diabetes SRC developed for use by referring health professionals and clinicians in NSW public specialist outpatient services.
All comments are to be populated in the respective feedback log and returned by Friday 4 July 2025 to MOH-Outpatients@health.nsw.gov.au
