The Best Practice in Diabetes Centres (BPDC) Symposium 2018 brought together key opinion leaders with a focus and passion for diabetes. BPDC 2018 focused on the implementation of the Australian National Diabetes Strategy and the discussions from the National Diabetes Forum hosted in Canberra on Monday 15th October 2018.

BPDC 2017
Our 2017 Meeting was held on 21st & 22nd OCTOBER 2017 at the PARKROYAL DARLING HARBOUR
As in previous years, the 2017 BPDC continued to be a success. The delegate feedback was extremely positive. Here are some of the highlights:
- 94% of delegates were highly or extremely satisfied with the speakers
- 94% of delegates were highly or extremely satisfied with the networking opportunities
- 91% of delegates that attended spoke to an average of four sponsors
BPDC 2016
Another hugely successful Best Practices Diabetes Centres (BPDC) Symposium was hosted at the Park Royal, Darling Harbour October 22nd and 23rd 2016.
What was on the agenda at this years meeting
The BPDC meeting is an invitation-only event consisting of approximately 80 participants. The format of the weekend involved topical session presentations followed by focused discussion. Attendees were involved in consensus building and the development of guidelines/position statements and the focus of NADC’s future activities.
This continues to be an exciting time for NADC as we move forward in a consolidated manner in our quest to provide the highest possible standards of care. We see BPDC as an appropriate vehicle to achieve this goal.
