NATIONAL DIABETES CARE COURSE

With the increased complexity of diabetes management technologies and therapeutics, now more than ever there is a need for an evidence-based and up-to-date educational package. The National Diabetes Care Course (NDCC) is the only comprehensive, current and complete diabetes resource targeted to all healthcare providers and can be adapted for specific target groups such as general practitioners, practice nurses, endocrine trainees and other allied health professionals. The ten modules of extensive content are regularly reviewed by leading diabetes experts across Australia to ensure it is current and links to the latest resources and information. 

 

The purpose of this proposal is to take the NDCC to the next stage from a static one-dimensional online resource to a dynamic, interactive and engaging state-of-the-art learning platform and to market it to all Australian health professionals providing care to people living with diabetes.
