ANDA 2014

2014 ANDA-AQSMA Final Report

As of 2014, ANDIAB2 is known as ANDA-AQSMA (Australian National Diabetes Audit – Australian Quality Self-Management Audit).

The more ‘Education’ focused ANDA-AQSMA (ANDIAB2) was piloted in 2005 and run again in 2010, 2012 and 2014.  ANDA-AQSMA collects data related to diabetes education, self-care practices and quality of life.  Reports are provided which enable participants to benchmark their own data against that of others. 

These are important quality assurance activities which promote continuous improvement in the standard of service provided by Diabetes Centres.  The success of this activity is dependent on a maximum level of participation by centres.
